Columbia Records being a subsidiary of Sony Music is a useful factor that allows the artist to gain mass recognise with their experience in the industry. Columbia Records also have many R&B artists signed to them, including iconic names like Beyoncé.

I have used PowToon to create a moving representation of why I think MTV Base will be the best music channel for my artist. I found it useful to research into the industry and I have gained insight into how my artist would hypothetically make money through this platform.
